You can't really know your presentation audience.
You can't really know your presentation audience in a permanent sense. People are always changing. Their state of being is always changing. The linear and locked write-and-recite approach to presentations fails to account for this.
Your online listeners are screaming for you to see and hear them as they are today, and to adjust. Some may feel anxious, others hopeful, some depressed and others manic. You cannot know what state they are in until you see and hear them in the moment.
Do your audience analysis but, more importantly, see and hear your listeners. Have a plan, not a script, and be ready and willing to adjust.
